Where do you provide awning installation services?

We currently serve Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, covering the full Klang Valley area for residential projects. Every project includes free site consultation, 3D design, fabrication, and installation. We're planning to expand soon, so if you're outside Klang Valley, reach out and we'll let you know once we can serve your area.

How much does an awning roof cost in Malaysia?

Cost depends on a few factors, including the material you choose, the size of the area, the mounting style, and your site conditions. Since every property is different, the most accurate way to get a real number is to reach out directly, our team will walk through the details with you. It depends on your priority. PU metal blocks heat best if keeping your car porch cool matters most. Polycarbonate and glass let in natural light while blocking UV. Will an awning roof leak?

A properly installed awning roof shouldn't leak. Most leaks come from poor sealing or the wrong drainage slope, not the material itself. We check drainage and slope on every site visit, and every project comes with after-sales support if anything needs adjusting.

What warranty do you provide?

Every installation comes with a 2-year warranty against leaking, a 10-year warranty on structural solidity, and a 5-year warranty against ceiling fading. If any issue comes up within these periods, our after-sales team will assess and fix it.

How long does installation take?

Most residential installations take 1 to 3 days, depending on size and whether extra electrical work is needed. We'll confirm your exact timeline during the site consultation.

Can the design be customized to match my house?

Yes. Every awning starts with a 3D design based on your actual house, not a fixed template. For something more distinctive, our Signature C-Roof and Classical Series are built for homeowners who want their awning to stand out as a design feature.
